Cancellation

Monthly Plans

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew.

Lifetime Plans

Lifetime plans cannot be cancelled as they are one-time purchases. However, they may be eligible for a refund within the first 14 days of purchase.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered for the following cases:

  • Technical issues preventing service access
  • Accidental or duplicate charges
  • Service unavailability during paid period
  • First-time purchase within 14 days (satisfaction guarantee)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Provide any relevant screenshots or information

Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once approved, the refund may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
